Positioned
north, just off Interstate 80, Gray's Crossing is a
new community located on approximately 757 acres in
the town of Truckee. Developed by East West Partners,
this community will also be a part of the Tahoe Mountain
Club affiliated with Coyote Moon, Old Geenwood and the
New Village at Northstar. Approximately 400 single family
homes will be built. Gray's Crossing will be an old
fashioned, traditional style neighborhood where people
