within Glenshire, approximately 7 miles east of Truckee.
It is a convenient 25 minute commute to Reno and its
many amenities. The area is located in the “banana
belt” which means it normally receives the least
amount of snow in the Truckee area. Underground utilities

be built. Home prices range from about $600,000 to $900,000.
