Squaw Valley real estate has seen one home close escrow in the month of July. This home was located on the main road located at 1180 Squaw Valley Road. This home has an attractive floor plan that affords some great Resort at Squaw Creek meadow and ski area views. There were some remodels, rebuilds and updating in 1996 and 2004. The great room features a stone fireplace and wet bar with sink, wine fridge, fridge and kegerator. Stainless steel appliances and slab counter-tops in the kitchen. This home was originally listed at $2,100,000. It sold for $1,395,000. This home took 311 days to get sold. This home sold for 66% of its original list price. This underscores the importance of correctly listing your home the first time in an effort to get  it sold for the highest dollar in the shortest amount of time.

Currently in Squaw Valley (as of August 19, 2012) there are 3 homes in escrow. They are located at 1363 Lanny Lane (asking price $805,000), 1083 Lanny Lane (asking price $850,000), and 86 Winding Creek Rd (asking price $2,145,000). We will have to wait to see if they close escrow.
